The Spark II bag features vertical box baffles on the chest area to minimise movement of down, optimising insulation where you need it most with less heat loss than with sewn construction used elsewhere on the bag to save weight. The half zip saves weight and reduces heat loss at the expense of venting if conditions are too warm. There is a small insulating zip baffle to limit heat loss through the zip.
The contoured mummy shape isn't too constrictive and the super thin and light outer fabrics means more care will be needed than with more heavy duty bags. The bag compress's down to a very small size.
