The environmental nonprofit claims that leading outdoor apparel brands such as Jack Wolfskin, The North Face, Patagonia, and Marmot are selling apparel that have traces of potentially hazardous fluorine-based chemicals used in the waterproof membranes, coatings, and water repellent finishes.
